Our company celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2023. We are proud of that we managed to withstand the storms of crisis and continue to develop, constantly developing new materials, products and technologies. From the foundation of Constanta-2 LLC in 1993 we have accumulated considerable experience in working with polymers, composites and elastomeric materials, which allows our specialists to develop new compositions and proprietary materials with predetermined properties required for the operation of products from these raw materials. We advise our partners on the selection of materials for specific operating conditions and help to design sealing units with the latest innovations in polymer material science. Extensive experience allows us to realise import substitution for many years, producing products that not only repeat the performance of foreign samples, but also surpass imported analogues.
Much attention is paid to automation at the enterprise. As a part of Industry 4.0 implementation, a robot-technical complex was introduced in the machining production. Operation parameters of the main technological equipment are controlled remotely. Production processes are planned using the MES operational planning programme. Organisation and planning of production and financial processes is performed on the basis of ERP-system.

The laboratory of the company is well equipped to determine:
