Brand materials produced by Constanta-2 LLC

A long-term work with polymer raw materials has provided our company's specialists with significant experience, allowing them to work not only with standard types of materials, but also to modify them in order to obtain new materials with specified properties or to adjust the properties in order to achieve the parameters required in operation. The problem of operational compliance of composite components is also solved by material selection, sometimes on the basis of fundamentally different polymer - our experience, as mentioned above, allows us to solve these problems successfully.

Nowadays, our company focuses on materials for harsh operating conditions, i.e. operating both in contact with aggressive media and under the influence of critical temperatures and pressures. Our specialists select materials that ensure the operation of equipment in contact with any media in a wide range of temperatures and pressures.

New materials have been introduced as a result of experimental developments and laboratory studies, based on both common and superplastics of the Konstaftor® series. Regular rubber compounds used in the production of elastomeric seals were extended with branded rubber compounds of K-2 series. And new anticorrosion materials of Konstakor ® series, which sometimes have no analogues not only in the Russian, but also in the foreign market, are used not only as a part of works performed by Constanta-2 LLC, but are also successfully commercialised in the market.

Our composite materials are used in a wide range of applications:

for operation in contact with natural gas, hydrogen sulphide, oil, oils, disinfecting and decontaminating solutions, drilling muds and formation fluids, abrasive media, including bulk media;
for operation in contact with alternating highly aggressive media as well as media with concentration up to 100%;
for operation at temperatures from -250^оС to +300^о С;
for pressures up to 100 MPa;
for high sliding speeds up to 10 m/s;
with dimensions up to 1700 mm.

These materials are used for producing components for various industries:

shut-off valves for power engineering, oil and gas production equipment, gas and oil transport systems;
