Solid rubber tires

Constanta-2 products line includes solid rubber tires for electric road transport, carts, mobile equipment, vehicles and transportation systems. The tires are designed for paved, earthen, concreted, wooden and metal roads and surfaces in all climate zones with ambient temperatures -45 to +55°С. The solid tires are available in disc, press-on band and bandless versions. Disc and press-on band solid tires comprise solid rubber cured to the metal wheel. Bandless tires are metal cord-reinforced at the rim seat.

The tires made of isoprene or butadiene rubbers have high strength, wear-resistance and elasticity. High-quality hot-setting glues used to attach the rubber to metal ensure longevity. Available tire sizes: 40х20 mm to 800х633 mm.

Tires can be custom-made according to the client’s drawings.
