Rubber-metal absorbers AKSS are designed for protection against vibration and shock loads of equipment, engines and boxes of agricultural machinery, compressors, ventilation units, air conditioning units, etc., designed for operation in air environment in the presence of oil and diesel fuel vapours, as well as with possible ingress of oil, diesel fuel, fresh and sea water at temperatures from -60ºС to +80ºС.
Constanta-2 LLC manufactures shock absorbers with rubber compound specially developed for use at low temperatures with increased damping capacity. The shock absorbers are designed for operation in vibration mode with frequency up to 70Hz with deformation amplitudes up to 1 mm.
Dimensions correspond to GOST 17053.1-80

Elastic couplings with torus shell and elastic sleeve-finger couplings are used to connect shafts for torque transmission, to reduce dynamic loads and to compensate for angular, radial, axial displacements of shafts. Purpose: used as elastic elements in drives from electric motors with low and medium torque. Compensating ability of couplings is the ability to connect misaligned shafts. The numerical values of shaft misalignment are limited by the durability of the elastic elements as well as the additional pressure on the shafts from the coupling. As shaft misalignment increases, deformation of the elastic elements increases, stress increases and durability decreases.
Torque transmission value: from 30 Nm to 16000 Nm for flexible bolt coupling and from 20 Nm to 40000 Nm for couplings with torus shell.
Operating media: Air with oil, oil, fuel, water. Operating media temperature: -45° to +70°C.
Parameters and dimensions of torus couplings correspond to GOST 50892, flexible bolt coupling – to GOST 21424.
