Ya.M. Sverdlov Plant’ FTE. V.M. Markov, Chief or the Workshop No.74:

According to the Acceptance Act No. 6129-0518, a ball valve (made of composite materials) DN50 PN16 with pneumatic actuator was received from Constanta-2 LLC to workshop No. 74 on 18.02.2021 for testing in the environment of concentrated nitric acid (C>98,6%), for a period of two months. This shutter was installed on 22.02.2021 in bldg. 3016 at the nitric acid bay in the storage facility. During the period of operation there were no complaints to the valve operation, which fulfils all norms and technical conditions of ‘Ya.M. Sverdlov Plant’ FTE. External inspection and revision of the valve were performed after dismantling .The condition of external and internal elements was satisfactory.

We have been co-operating with LLC "Konstanta-2" since 1999. Constanta-2 LLC has proved itself as a competent and conscientious manufacturer of seals for various purposes. During the period of co-operation the products supplied to Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka LLC were: rings made of oil and petrol resistant rubber on the basis of fluoride and butadiennitrile rubbers for operating temperatures from -40°C to +250°C, operating in oil products environment with diameter up to 600 mm; sliding bearings of complex configuration made of pure and filled fluoroplastic; rubber-cord membranes; rubber-metal bellows of various diameters; elastic elements with various types of reinforcement (synthetic fibre, metal); compressor rings made of filled fluoroplastic for dry compressor machine.

Constanta-2 LLC supplies sealing products for tubing and compressor equipment from F4 material. The seals have not failed during the whole period of time. Consequently, we concluded that the products of Constanta-2 LLC used by Astrakhangazprom Mining Company LLC meet the required quality level.

Constanta-2 LLC has been successfully co-operating with Volzhsky Pipe Plant JSC since 1994. Over the past years the company has manufactured and delivered to Volzhsky Pipe Plant JSC a variety of spare parts, including import-substituting analogues for foreign-made process equipment made of filled fluoroplastics, performed overhauls of the equipment of TPP-2, manufactured equipment for the laboratory from polypropylene.
Management and personnel of Constanta-2 LLC respond to the wishes of specialists of Volzhsky Pipe Plant JSC in time, being ready to obey the interests of the customer.
Co-operation with OOO Konstanta-2 has shown economic benefit and expediency.

Constanta-2 LLC has been supplying sealing products of its own production for hydraulic and pneumatic devices for Transpnevmatika JSC for more than 5 years. Konstanta-2 specialists work in close contact with engineering and design departments of the customer and are ready to work together to solve various technological problems.
Transpnevmatika JSC plans both to increase the range of products manufactured by Constanta-2 LLC and to expand the spheres of co-operation.

SUN Interbrew JSC, Volzhsky branch, has been using the services offered by Constanta-2 LLC for manufacturing and supplying analogues of imported fluoroplastic, food rubbers, rubber-based rubbers for harsh working conditions since 2001. Constanta-2 LLC supplied a large list of parts, which greatly facilitated the work of the purchasing department and technical support. During the whole period of using the parts there were no complaints about the quality of the products.
A brief list of products ordered from Constanta-2 LLC:
- seals of various configurations for valves, including vacuum valves of the Beer Spillage Unit (BSU);
- sleeves for BSU lifting cylinders, gripping sleeves for bottle withdrawal machine; torus couplings for pumps;
- segments for connecting torus couplings;
- O-rings, arch rings.

Constanta-2 LLC has been supplying the product "Sliding bearing" to complete the valves manufactured by Penztyazhpromarmatura JSC since 2011. Volgograd manufacturer's products have gradually replaced the imported parts used earlier. Over five years of co-operation, the annual volume of supplied components has grown from hundreds of products to several thousand units.
Constanta-2 LLC ensures work on the customer's schedule by producing and supplying products according to requests in the shortest possible time and promptly mastering new standard dimensions.
Supplied products ‘Sliding bearing’ produced by Constanta-2 LLC meet the requirements for these components for shut-off valves of Penztyazhpromarmatura JSC and TS 4791-008-347246723-2009 ‘Metal polymer sliding bearings’ developed by the manufacturer. The supplier fulfils warranty obligations and promptly responds to customer requests, is loyal in the issues of optimisation of product cost and fulfilment of financial obligations, which in general ensures comfortable and mutually beneficial cooperation between our companies.

Constanta-2 LLC is a partner of Samaravolgamash LLC, supplying its products for more than 17 years: metal-polymer sliding bearings, ball valve seals ... for valves from DN50 to DN500 suitable for various operating media.
Products ‘Sliding bearing’ produced by Constanta-2 LLC... are not inferior in quality to foreign seals. This product was developed by specialists of Constanta-2 LLC within the framework of a joint project with Samaravolgomash LLC on import substitution of components for the assembly of our products in the late nineties. Specialists of our plants jointly developed and implemented a product control scheme with the use of gauges providing 100% control of geometric dimensions of products.
The manufacturer has developed and supplies several versions of the part ‘rod bearing’ for different ranges of operation. Specialists of Constanta-2 LLC are constantly working on improvement of products. The company is ready to master new standard sizes of products, always attentive to comments and wishes of the customer.

Constanta-2 LLC has been producing works at Volzhskaya TPP-2 since 1994. The company is well equipped with modern equipment for manufacturing products from polymer materials. The quality of manufactured products (diaphragms for shut-off valves, pump collars, seals for pump mechanical seals) complies with TS and GOST.

Constanta-2 LLC performed works for Penza TPP-1 on repair of piston valves of MIK type manufactured in Yerevan, including replacement of corrosion protection coating, diaphragms, valves, actuator part. The repair quality meets the operational requirements.
