  • ultrasonic defectoscopy of metal thickness;
  • apparatus body repair by welding or replacement of separate fragments;
  • partial metal replacement (if necessary);
  • dedusting;
  • degreasing.

Foundation waterproofing

Waterproofing is carried out during repair works of industrial facilities to prevent destruction of concrete surfaces of equipment with the help of various compositions. Waterproofing is carried out according to a light scheme with the help of polymer cement compositions or according to a reinforced scheme with the use of roll materials (glass fabric, polyester fabric, etc.).

Poured and polymer concrete flooring installation

Flameproofing

Pipes treated with fire retardant compound

Application of fire protection coatings includes surface preparation and appropriate flame retardant composition coating. Used compositions are tested for fire resistance in accordance with GOST 30247.0-94, representing the authentic text of ISO 834-75 standard ‘Fire resistance testing - Elements of building constructions’. Compositions for fire protection treatment are selected according to the fire protection efficiency and declared fire resistance of structures.

Welding, installation, repair of pipelines, tank facilities.

Constanta-2 LLC has certified specialists with experience in welding and installation works, which allows to perform works of various complexity.

Installation of pipelines and ventilation systems from polymer pipes.

Replacement of metal pipelines and ventilation boxes with polymer structures provides long-term trouble-free operation of the equipment, and also, due to high chemical resistance of plastics, reduces the cost of corrosion protection of pipelines, increases their capacity. We will calculate and design the pipeline according to the customer's parameters.

The materials used are: PVC (PVC), chlorinated PVC (CPVC), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE).

Manufacturing and installation of equipment from polymer materials.

Constanta-2 LLC manufactures polymer tanks such as tanks, etching baths, neutralisation tanks and gas filters according to the existing technical standards or according to the customer's requirements and drawings. Polymer equipment will provide maximum durability and efficiency of operation when systems are operated in contact with acids and aggressive gases at low temperatures (up to +100 °C), as it does not require long-term repairs and additional protection.
