Spring seals

Spring seal

Spring seals are mainly used for high static loads, high cyclic peak pressures (up to 1000 atm) and temperature exposures up to 210°C or above, depending on housing design and material selection.

Ordinary sealing solutions cannot provide adequate safety here. The integrated helical spring provides high pressure resistance, excellent resistance to rolling and twisting in the bundle and ease of installation. Spring seals are widely used in the oil and gas industry and available in a wide range of materials.

A multipurpose seal for a variety of applications. Available in various materials and dimensions. No sticking during sliding. Cost effective. It is the original sliding seal designed to improve the efficiency of O-rings and guard rings. It is a two-way elastomer O-ring pressed seal. Its good friction characteristics eliminate sticking effects, as well as its high efficiency in non-lubricated operation.

Rod seal

One-way rod seal

This product has been developed as a new generation of one-way rod seal. The combination of the latest design and technology optimises friction and sealing performance and provides extended service life. The operating parameters have been confirmed by the manufacturer's test results and practical customer applications. The reverse suction effect is an outstanding characteristic of this seal. It prevents pressure lock-up between tandem seals or seals and double acting wipers.

Rotary packing seal

Rotary packing seal

The products are composite seals with an HNBR body and an extrusion-resistant plastic sole. They offer excellent high pressure performance compared to other packing seals. This performance is achieved by hydrodynamic lubrication of the seal face in extrusion-resistant plastic. Interfacial lubrication is provided during rotation due to the hydrodynamic wave geometry on the face of the low-pressure seal.
