Rubber diaphragms reinforced with polyester fabric are produced on the basis of know-how of Constanta-2 LLC.

Reinforcement with glass and polyester fabric allows to dramatically increase the strength without losing the main inherent properties of rubber.

Diaphragms dimensions: up to 1500 mm.

Pressure: up to 5 MPa

Operating temperature: up to 250°С

Material: fabric reinforced special purpose elastomers.

The diaphragms are designed for pumps pumping highly aggressive media. The working side of the diaphragm is protected by a PTFE-4 layer, which provides exceptional chemical resistance. The PTFE and rubber layers are firmly bonded and work as one unit, resulting in excellent performance.
